Christ, it's hot, thought Alice, looking out at the relentless sunlight baking the deserted car park outside her office. Alice ran her own business and as her employment agency was only a few months old, she hadn't had to employ any staff yet. The small prefab building that served as her office had few windows, and Alice had discovered why the rent was so low - a sunny day turned it into an oven! The site's previous incarnation as a used car lot had been a better use for it, as salesmen spent most of their time outside, sweet talking customers as they strolled among the cars on sale. Now all the cars and salesmen were gone and Alice had moved in. She had worn the lightest clothing she could wear and still look businesslike, but it was still just too hot!

An obvious solution suddenly occurred to her - she was alone, had no appointments or visitors expected that afternoon, and was some distance from the main road. Anyone walking past the entrance to the site could see into the office through the open door, but couldn't see Alice's desk and if anyone did decide to visit, she'd see them through the window before they got to the door.

Her mind made up, she stood and unbuckled her trousers, slipping them off and carefully laying them over the back of an unused chair. That's much better, she thought, returning to her desk and enjoying the feel of the cool leather on her bottom. She'd worn a skimpy pair of panties that, while not quite a thong, certainly didn't cover much! Happier now her long legs were a little cooler, Alice tried to return to work, slim fingers dancing over her keyboard again.
