This work would be only an interesting discussion were it not for my parents, my sister Susan and her late husband Timmy, and my wife Natalie.
My parents Nathan and Estelle, who became my model of what I don’t want.
Timmy and Susan, for displaying a model that I could have.
This book is dedicated to them and especially to my wife Natalie who makes it seem as if all things are possible.
In loving memory of Nathan and Estelle Schoener,
and Elliott ‘Timmy’ Kassin.

Introduction
Recognize it now or later, we create our relationships.
The dynamics of the relationships in our lives are determined by whom we attract and are attracted to. This work has been designed to help you recognize the exciting, healthy aspects as well as the dysfunctional and possibly destructive patterns. What you do with this information is entirely up to you. Later in this book, I have provided exercises in order to foster awareness and help you to remove your limitations and fears in order to boldly build healthy, happy more productive interactions with all whom you come in contact.
If you like becoming aware of the whys, then learn what can do to for a happier life. If you are one of the millions who are less than satisfied with your relationships, welcome!
This book is for you.
