    The audio book is very good, lots of tips and teachings that help a lot, I was always chubby in my teens and I felt really bad I always tried to stop eating and fasting, nothing else was always fattening again, more Thanks to God for two years I met Intermittent Fasting and I managed to follow the rules correctly today after two years I have already discarded 50 kg and I am very happy I bought this audio book because I am a fan of intermittent fasting and it is always good to hear other sides.
