Terrific story, very well written and narrated. I plan to read the sequel and any other books by this author. I fear our future does hold what some of the author has predicted here. Covid has certainly proven governments want to control our every action for our own or the greater good (very 1984). The one part I thought was really funny (SPOILER ALERT) was Facebook was no longer used. Can't say I am a fan of Facebook, it has its good uses but it also has negative uses as well. Anyway, thumbs up to this author for a great story. I really couldn't figure out who "Thief" was until almost right before it was revealed. It is very rare I don't see the twist or big reveal coming, this book kept me guessing.
