It was interesting learning about the new enemy that anent Rachel Gift has that is connected to the serial killer known as Alex Lynch whose has been responsible for many victims before he was stopped by AGENT Rachel Gift. After that this new woman has killed the doctor and his wife in their home. Without any evidence linking her to the crime. The doctor is Dr. Helmsdale and his wife Mrs. Helmsdale. But the assistant director did not want agent Rachel Gift working the case. Instant he got her working her partner in local cases and keeping them bush.
Now while working this case Rachel was presented with another treatment opportunity that will help her greatly or successfully cure her from the brain cancer. I enjoy reading Rachel's stories, she is an FBI agent, and a mother, and has to face all the problems a working woman with a family has. She also struggles with cancer and although under treatment she knows she will never be rid of it. In this book, Rachel and Jack have to find who is killing people who are sick and do not have long to live. It's heartbreaking! This story could be 5 stars but there are too many spelling and writing mistakes that need to be corrected.
