- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Wow... simplistic pop psychology ... i never got thru the intros so i don't even know if there are any stories. This is common with these writers, they think that telling you to forget about your problems makes them go away --but the minute you mention my problems then they are all back in the room. I am looking for a story that engages me so that I can stop thinking about myself. Did not find that in this book. When you read a child a story you don't sit there and tell them to pay attention to their breathing, you just read them a story.
