    A great place to start. This is the book I needed.
    Like the author, I found that cognitive behavior therapy tools help control the mind, but studying the Stoics helps you learn how to LIVE
    Valuable and insightful. Helps you address the hard topics in life.
    Teaches you resilience and compassion, courage and fear.
    Highly recommend!
