At the beginning of this book the author says that samadhi can’t be obtained without the guru’s help, but forgot to mention that guru is not a body like you are not the body. First, find out how you truly are and what a guru is, behind the body. Then you will understand that both of you are the manifestation of the same one self and the body is only an idea of the ones. PS: Guru’s help is not physical, like hi is not a body. He/she is everything and everywhere.
