About this audiobook

Bound by an angel, Sam is the only demon allowed to walk among the humans and live—if she follows the rules. But when Sam’s brother, Dar, finds himself in hot water, following the rules becomes impossible.

Retrieve an artifact from the vampires. Save Dar from centuries of enslavement and torture.

All it takes is for her to perform a simple courier job, but with demons nothing is simple—especially when Sam must comply with the restrictions her angel has placed on her or face a punishment worse than death.

Debra Dunbar

After majoring in English Literature with a concentration in Medieval and Folklore studies, Debra promptly sold out to the corporate world, occasionally dabbling in writing marketing copy and op/ed articles for a local city paper. By day, she designs compensation programs, after dark she stuffs her nose into obscure mythology, and feverishly writes her novels. A DEMON BOUND is her debut novel. Debra lives on a farm in Maryland with Sweetie, three sons, and a Noah’s ark of four legged family members. Unlike her protagonist, she drives an old PT Cruiser, couldn’t carry a tune if you duct taped it to her back, and enjoys an occasional cosmopolitan (heavy on the vodka). On a good day, she jogs and horseback rides, hopefully managing to keep the horse between herself and the ground. Her only known super power is ‘Identify Roadkill’.

Funny moments. I enjoyed her dark sense of humor. The story started to drag a bit in my opinion. On to the next one. Hopefully it will pick up a bit and keep my attention.

A Lot of the weaknesses I found in the first book of this series, was totally corrected in this tittle. I LOVE IT. The pace, character development, and the expansion of their world and plot were just right. I love that the main lead is soo strong, yet can be vulnerable. This was a great read.

I would recommend it. You need to read the first book though to really appreciate the secound one.
