- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I started about reading this book with certain ideas about ADHD and by the end my ideas were confirmed but also enhanced by the amount of info and detail in this book. There is alot more to ADHD then once might read when there is a news story about it. Its like a puzzle with many pieces. I also had generally tend to thought of ADHD as related to children only when infact its there are many adults afflicted with it as well. I liked also how the issue of medication was handled. Its a controversial area for some parents-The author handled it well by giving a description of the benefits and drawbacks of medication. For anyone who has a family member dealing with ADHD or considering this as a possible scenario, this is a helpful book to have in one"s digital library.
