As a young man in Kansas, Philip Donlay’s life was shaped by two distinct events. At the age of seventeen he earned his pilot’s license, and at eighteen was published in a national aviation magazine. The combination of these two passions, flying and writing, has led to successful careers as both a professional pilot and a novelist. Donlay has been a flight instructor, flown a private jet for a Saudi prince, and for twenty-eight years flew a corporate jet for a Fortune 500 company. Donovan Nash has a secret. Veronica (Ronnie) Montero figures it out and threatens to reveal it unless he helps her track down some extraordinarily evil bad guys. If you like thrillers, this will be a great read for you. The twists and turns. The suspense. I liked these people and rooted for them to make it all better. They come close. Sometimes, life doesn't turn out like we what it to. One thing I really appreciated about the book was the lack of swearing. Too many of this genre think that saying bad words will help us to recognize toughness. It doesn't.
