- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I would hardly call them hacks. In a nutshell eat fruit, vegetables and good fats, take vitamins and herbs, dont drink or take drugs.. common knowledge stuff

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5There are typically no given sources for who has done the mentioned studies or how they were carried out. Saying that doing something will boost "Brain power" doesn't really lend to specifics of how cognitive abilities improve, how it is measured or demographic of participants. I got tired of it pretty fast. Seems a bit repetitive to boot.

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Superficial explanations. Covers just the basics. Won't answer questions about optimal dosage or intakes.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5This book contridicts a lot of the things I have learnt about diet and what to eat for optimum function. Maybe the info is old but I'm not enjoying hearing contradicting information.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great tips to keep healthy brain. Shared it. Xoxo xo.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Loved, gave me incredible insight and ideas, very enlightening. Awesome
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Interesting book. Lot of good things inside. Great ideas! Recommend it to most people
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Amazing body of work. Will implement over 60%. However could do without any of the animal protein / meat positives as being a boost to brain health. Which although there are benefits the negatives outweigh and can receive those benefits without risk at all :)
