- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5A powerful and tragic story about how alcohol dependency can ruin a marriage and indeed a person's whole life. Other contemporary domestic issues, such as infertility, infidelity, abuse, coping with ageing parents, are also brought up. Lies, Lies, Lies is well written with vivid characterisation and plenty of plot twists to keep the reader hooked to the very last, shocking, page.

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Quite interesting! A 3.8 rounded up
Nice twists and turns, cant take it too seriously though - Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I thought that this was going to be a five star until way over the half way mark. Unfortunately Daisy’s reaction to a certain character, being intimidated and manipulated by him was out of character and just got a bit silly.
Sorry Adele! - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I was expecting a tame novel about an affair or something along those lines. The twists were fantastic. The author did well in developing the characters and portraying the painful realities of trauma and tragedy, while keeping it believable.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5A Very annoying book about some unlikeable characters and a really crazy weird ending.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book kept me captivated. So many twists along the way. Very much enjoyed it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book had so many twists and turns it was just amazing! Very well written! Would highly recommend ?
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Totally gripping rollercoaster! Absolutely loved it from beginning to end!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Simon and Daisy struggled most of their marriage to have a child. Then along comes sweet, little Millie. But all is not as rosy as it seems. Simon drinks way too much. And all it takes is one night for everything to fall apart.Daisy is a character I just wanted to shake! Shake some sense into her! And don’t even get me started on Simon.I really was not a huge fan of this book. But do not judge it by my opinion…it is an opinion. I was not a fan of the characters. They really were unlikeable. It is also very slow at the start of this read. Took too long to get to any action. And when it came down to the part about the cat, that just about did me in!I received this novel from the publisher for a honest review.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This book has a lot of twists and turns. Every time I thought I knew exactly what was happening between the characters I was surprised. My favorite part of the story was what happens at the ending. I was very surprised by the ending. Parts of this can be difficult to read because of the content but it is handled well. I received a copy of this book from HarperCollins for a fair and honest opinion that I gave of my own free will.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I have mixed feelings about this book. There were moments where I was completely engrossed, moments when I was bored and close to giving up on it, and moments when I was sickened by it. And then the ending – completely implausible. The story is, indeed, loaded with lies – lies to others and lies to one’s self. With the alternating perspectives, I did like that I was able to see from both Simon’s and Daisy’s points of view as the story unfolded. But the book is dark and graphic – the scenes when Simon is drunk and some domestic abuse scenes. The only character in the entire book that I liked was Leon. This does turn out to be a story of how far someone will go when the loved ones are threatened. Thanks to the publisher for a copy to read and review.
