Interesting story about the nature of BDSM lifestyle and the other's idea of vanilla life style. When they come together how it was able to bring the missing pieces of the two partners. The relationship between these two individuals and their differences in beliefs. When they came together and how these two individuals fought their hearts desires until they cannot make it. They way both has previously lived their life without one another until that faithful night when the met. Lines was crossed and their different world beliefs were rocked.

After their first experience with the BDSM lifestyle Caroline Preston was not able to see her life the same. But was indennier until she hurt Jonas Briggs and his chances of getting to know his daughter. He was again rejectd as he had always experienced in his past relationship. He tried as much as he could to make Caroline Preston accept him as he is but he has to come the realization that she is different.

After he finally taken his love and his gift with him and leaving her as she wanted. It then that Caroline Preston came to the understanding that she loved him both with her body and her soul. She also loved the lifestyle of the BDSM. She went after Jonas Bridge with her paper confess her love for him publicly and opening the door for a much better relationship with him.

Excellent book and facing her self was the most difficult part.
