- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I wish I had gotten this book 25 years ago. It has information I've needed for a long time. The main gist of it is to think before you speak but it's covered in all different situations like at work, with your kids, with your spouse, etc. It's contains little ideas for how to interact without offending those around you that could really be life changing. It's easy to read, you can skip what you don't need and it's very helpful.
