I don't know what about this book series made me love it so much, but it was great. The characters, the plot, even the ending was great. While there was a lot of smut, I didn't feel like it was too much and there was still a great story.

I really enjoyed these books.. the characters were relatable and the storyline was pretty good overall.

My only criticism is all the smut scenes have alot of repetitive language with very little variety in the 'how'
It made the best part of reading a spicy reverse harem dreadfully monotonous.

I love the relationships and the strong and flawed characters. The action, the way the fmc has to actually find a solution to the problems, and that every action has consequences.
It's mildly spicy, but heavy on the romance.
It's one of my favorite series I've ever listened to.

Audiobook quality The last word of a lot of chapters cuts out.

Story wise this was really good that’s where my 4 stars come from. This would be a great series to read to get you out of an ACOTAR or Fourth Wing Slump.

Not a 5 star because I would have liked more POV from the men especially the spicy scenes.
There are several spice scenes and I’d give them 1.5?️ there was a lot more potential I’d prefer quality over quantity very vanilla. That being said it’s not book of just smut.

The ending was to simple and rushed for such a well built world and story but still worth the read.

Overall I loved this and finished the audiobook within 2 days and I’m sad it ended.

I loved this series! I have been on a reverse harem kick lately and I also love a good fantasy romance. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star is I wish there was more spice. Don’t get me wrong there was still spice in here obviously but I wanted more. Overall though, the plot throughout the 5 books were good and well written and I will definitely be reading more from Eva Chase!
