Doesn’t have a lot of new ideas, very self based, she contradicts herself with recommendations and recommends unhealthy habits (keep cookie dough in the freezer for special occasions?) and then in the later chapters it gets really religious about god, Jesus and the Bible, I didn’t notice the genre prior to listening but I didn’t see any mention of it in the description. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5
