About this audiobook
Overthinking isn't a personality trait. It's the sneakiest form of fear.
It steals time, creativity, and goals. It's the most expensive, least productive thing companies invest in without even knowing it. And it's an epidemic.
In Soundtracks, New York Times bestselling author Jon Acuff offers a proven plan to change overthinking from a super problem into a superpower.
If you want to tap into the surprising power of overthinking and give your dreams more time and creativity, learn how to DJ the soundtracks that define you.
If you can worry, you can wonder. If you can doubt, you can dominate. If you can spin, you can soar.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5What a great read! Surprisingly funny and filled with practical tips to change your thinking. Will definitely read again!
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5If you’ve read ‘Loving What Is’ by Byron Katie and ‘What To Say When You Talk To Yourself’ by Shad Helmstetter - you don’t have to read this book. It’s the same information. I’ve really enjoyed Acuff’s previous books but this I felt was an exact copy of those other books published long before this one and not as well written. I gave it 3 stars because if you haven’t read those other books, this is a shorter synopsis of both and could be helpful.
