    Excellent overview of why teams fail to coalesce into operational units. Good for politics too - was particularly enlightening about the local Collingwood Council's dysfunctions.

    An amazing book to have your team collaborate together and become stronger. Once you understand the steps your team has to undergo in order to be come stronger, you become unstoppable. Great Read!
