      Although the story is different and even more better with it own characters not like any other Heather Graham Books. Yet is has all the particular information of the policing ?offices and their works protecting the innocent and civilian. Again the intent of the kidnapping of the lady who who they thought was the senator's wife. But the Lieutenants who was at there helping and planning their escape in the end. They were able to get away.
