I Really enjoyed this book. The pacing and character development was more enjoyable than in Black Witch, Sagellyn was also a far more likeable character for me than Elloren.

I started reading The Black Witch, the first in the series, then progressed to Book 0.5, which was a tale of times passed, then proceeded with book 1.5 which was a re-hash also.
It’s a pet hate of mine to read back to front like this. I like surprises, not re-hashing old news.
