Matthew Dunn

As an MI6 field officer, Matthew Dunn recruited and ran agents, coordinated and participated in special operations, and acted in deep-cover roles throughout the world. He operated in environments where, if captured, he would have been executed. Dunn was trained in all aspects of intelligence collection, deep- cover deployments, small arms, explosives, military unarmed combat, surveillance, and infiltration. Medals are never awarded to modern MI6 officers, but Dunn was the recipient of a rare personal commendation from the secretary of state for work he did on one mission, which was deemed so significant that it directly influenced the success of a major international incident. I can suspend some belief’s in the spirit of storytelling but no way Matthew runs that fast, that long, in those temps and gets that many injuries. And if he is such a bad dude how does he so easily get caught all the time? I know….he makes it up as he goes…... The Gray Man would crush the Spartan. By the way, I am a 50 something female that loves espionage thrillers not a 16 yr old comic book lover. This books feels feels like a YA book.
The final big eye roll was Lana. I’ll leave it at that.
If you can find nothing else to read or listen to, this is better than nothing and the narrator did a pretty darn good job. I’ll give the author another chance though.
