Reviews for Mastering Adulthood

- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5I was looking for more of an adulting 101 this is more for people that are disconnected to their emotions. Didn’t really enjoy the book very blah
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5Does a good job with a compassionate presentation style. Spends a bit too much time doing mindfulness meditation sessions but if that's important to you it will be great for you.
