- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5All that said lean management or lean production is a way of living. It is a mindset. You can not expect some book to tell you what to do step by step for your company. To complement this book, I recommend reading this one. The Toyota Way to Lean Leadership: Achieving and Sustaining Excellence through Leadership Development

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This guidebook will provide you with the tools you need to work with Six Sigma and see an improvement in your business. If you have been running your business for some time, you have probably heard about Six Sigma at some point. The term defect is used a lot when it comes to Six Sigma. The Six Sigma methodology can help these businesses out. The Creator well writes it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book does not offer a step by step guide to lean management or production. Rather this book is a "wikileania" of the lean philosophy. Read this book if you want to know what lean means and have this book in your library if you want from time to time to comeback and see if there is anything left you could apply as far as the lean philosophy goes.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An entrepreneur's guide. This is an excellent starting guide for any new Lean developer or startup owner. Business may have certain standards for how the Sis Sigma process is used. I learned that all practices must be geared towards producing a leaner and more efficient environment where regular business functions can ve easily supported.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is an excellent book for Managers who are at Middle or Top Management.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5For someone like me that mainly listen technical programming books, this book was quite a surprise and definitely a recommendation.
