About this audiobook

Depression can convince you that there's no escape. Your thoughts may turn to suicide because it appears to be the only option. But depression is a liar. I suffered from life-threatening bouts of depression that led to alcoholism, drug abuse, medicine-induced psychosis and multiple hospitalisations. This memoir recounts my struggle and triumph over depression. I hope it helps you or your loved ones if any of you are struggling.

Although originally from Australia, Danny travels the world full-time while he writes his novels. His future goals include visiting every country in the world, hitting the New York Times bestseller list, getting married and starting a family.

What a refreshingly honest perspective on one man’s journey through depression. This is really worth reading! Thanks so much, Danny - you’ve certainly given me hope and the impetus to further delve into exploring why I suffer from depression.

Danny has really set out a real life account of what depression really feels like. He is younger than my kids but As a 53 yo woman I identified. his account helped me through an all night sleepless crisis. Great work Danny - keep writing about this reality. You have it - who would think a young guy could touch me this way after years of struggle with depression.

This memoir is an ego trip disguised as an effort to help others. There are many other books out there that address depression that aren’t authored by narcissists
