In this series, we will be hearing from women about their experience with birth. We will be hearing the in’s and out’s of how their births felt for them, what they chose and why they chose that, and experience it alongside them as they relive it for themselves!

In this episode, we chat with Emily about her first birth with her son. She knew she would have to be induced with him due to her preexisting diabetes. She chats through her anxieties going into birth, and how she helped herself combat that, as well as how she felt she was able to completely conquer her fear through the birth of her son. She process a bit about what she might do differently next time, through the lens of feeling empowered in the realm of knowledge and experience with child birth!
