EP77: Looking back at 2023, there are some things I do not want to bring with me into 2024. There are also some things that I want to implement in the new year. I am sure we can all relate. I've been thinking about my own 2023 journey for a while now. Let me tell you, it did not start off well with my Endometriosis diagnosis. It took me a while to recover. Fortunately, I am finally feeling like myself again and am genuinely content with where my life is at now. 
In the spirit of the new year, I am sharing what I think we all should do in 2024. From building healthy habits and setting boundaries to raising our standards, this year is going to be all about leveling up. I've got a long list of ideas, so let's dive in!
