Today, we have our community guest Rebecca who discusses her lifelong battle with weight and PCOS despite many efforts to diet and exercise. Rebecca has an athletic build and was a ballerina, but she still fell within the obese BMI category beginning in high school. Why? Her doctors always just told her to eat less and move more, yet it was never sustainable. Rebecca also discussed how society’s standards affected her mental health because she always felt “too fat or too thin”.
