There’s a big difference between business and marketing. ? Many entrepreneurs put too much weight mentally and emotionally on building a sales funnel at the expense of other aspects of the business. A sales funnel is NOT your business. A Sales funnel role in your company is just one process to collect leads and close sales. You still need processes in place for fulfillment, systems, people, etc. The key to having a great business is to plan your fulfillment the same way you plan your sales funnel.
