Hearing Destinee's journey from childhood to now really puts a lot of things into perspective. Destinee is a Mental Health Coach & Speaker. Her life journey has been a testament to resilience, rising above a challenging upbringing marked by familial discord, witnessing her father's substance abuse issues, and her mother's battle with cancer. Growing up as a young caregiver while striving for education, she experienced bullying and isolation, facing the depths of depression, anxiety, suicide, and identity crises. With nearly a decade of therapy, her transformative 'quarter-life crisis' birthed a purpose: Empowerment through public speaking. In 2023, Destinee champions those touched by adversity, offering a path to inner peace and healing.
