Nervousness often comes from a combination of anticipation, uncertainty, and a heightened awareness of potential outcomes, and most importantly, it comes from our thoughts. It's a natural response to situations that are perceived as threatening or challenging. The body's "fight or flight" response kicks in, leading to increased heart rate, shallow breathing, and other physical symptoms.
