Lots of places to see on your, "MUST DO" list while in Costa Rica.  I get it!  The beaches, the volcanoes, the national parks, the butterfly gardens, the birding tours, the mountain hikes, the cold beers....whew!  I GET IT!
However, take a day or so and ENJOY the town that you are in at that particular moment.  Whether it be the Capital City of San Jose, or a smaller town that only has three stop signs!  Become ONE with that specific location, grab a cup of coffee, people watch, talk to the residents, make a few new friends...go to the local park (usually in the center of town and probably has an old church close by).  
Unwind..relax..take a deep breath or two and enjoy your moments in a land far away. . .
