Description

Sabana Park served as the main International Airport for many years so long ago!  They dug up all the concrete and planted thousands of trees!
The main airport terminal building is still there and is being used as a museum now!
This is a MUST SEE place to visit.  Very close to downtown San Jose and a great place to walk, people-watch, take in a concert and/or exercise on Saturday mornings with hundreds of others!
Surrounding Sabana Park are coffee shops, restaurants, stores of all kinds and so much more!
Here's a little teaser video that will help you decide whether you would like to put this on your list of THINGS TO DO in SAN JOSE, COSTA RICA!
