Description

Dena Tibsherany, a mental health clinical director turned entrepreneur, sits down with Kelsey to share about her podcasting journey that began with Kelsey’s Podcast with Soul course, how Dena created a meaningful product for mothers, and how she has grown her business to what it is today. Whether you are expecting a baby, already have kids, know and love someone in this transitional time of life, or just looking to hear how Dena created such a successful and impactful business, this episode is for you!    What we’re talking about… Dena was working as a director of a mental health clinic when she had her son Despite her extensive education around mental health and years of experience in the field, Dena found herself filled with anxiety postpartum. She found Kelsey’s podcasting course and told her husband that’s what she wanted for Christmas and she was going to quit her job  Dena explains the pivot she found in her niche after taking the course and releasing her first episode  After three months of podcasting, Dena took a leap of faith and left her full time job to pursue her podcast and growing business Dena has since created a product for her business: a one year plan postpartum  This plan pulls from her years of experience and education in the mental health realm  It ranges from what is biologically happening to your body postpartum to fostering your relationships during this transitional time Kelsey shares about a similar course she took when having her first born, but had spent an entire weekend trip and lots of money on it  Dena’s course is 4 hours, can be broken up into whatever way works best for you and is recommended to be completed alongside your partner and/or supporters  Dena also runs a club called “Empowered Mamas Club” where she coaches, educations and creates a safe space for mother’s to share about their experiences in this season of life    A {free} Tool or Two!  Did someone say free? Yup that’s right. Kelsey’s here to help with a few free tools to help launch your business and creative ideas!
