Description
In our second Tehilim shiur (11/24/20 at YBT), we applied our "Adler's Four Questions" and "Pivot Point" methods (discussed in our "How to Learn Tehilim Crash Course") to Tehilim 23. Although this is a familiar perek, it proved to be a surprisingly difficult to crack. The smoothest approach I've found is that of the Ibn Ezra - albeit slightly modified, with help from the Rambam. ----------מקורות:תהלים כגאבן עזרא - תהלים כגרמב"ם - מורה הנבוכים ג:יב----------For a write-up of the shiur, which went further than the shiur itself, here's a link to the article. If you missed the crash-course on "How to Learn Tehilim," here are links to the YouTube video, the podcast episode, and the written version. Here's another article I wrote entitled How TO and How NOT to Apply Tehilim to Your Life.Lastly, here's an article I wrote entitled How to Say Tehilim for the Sick Without Violating Halacha. ----------If you have questions, comments, or feedback, I would love to hear from you!
