When I started the Parenting Alchemy podcast and the complimentary membership a year ago, I wanted to focus on the inner workings of parents so that as a parent, you can better understand yourself and understand your child.  Meaning, my goal was to focus on the human experience of the parent.As a mother of four children who has been teaching parenting for many, many years, here's my honest view. Parenting in itself, meaning raising a tiny human being, is a big job, but I don't particularly understand why it is referred to as a “hard job”.
