Margarita, who grew up in Manila, is co-owner of République Café & Bakery, Bicylette, and Manzke in L.A. and the Wildflour Bakery locations in the Philippines. She’s also the author of Baking at République: Masterful Techniques and Recipes.Margarita joins host Jessie Sheehan to chat about her culinary career and the coconut cream pie recipe in her book.
