She started her career in sports and orthopedic physical therapy with a focus on treating endurance athletes.Alisha began as a pelvic floor physical therapist 5 years ago and has since been dedicated to continued learning and empowering women with information about their resources. Alisha is currently pursing a certification in obstetrics as treatment women in pregnancy and postpartum is a special interest. She is a wife, mom of two busy toddlers and an exercise enthusiast!
