Upon arriving back from a week of rainbow wedding festivities for a dear friend, I encounter overwhelm and anxiety - two familiar friends. Inspired action led me to record a podcast about how I’ve learned to handle situations like this. I talk about getting into my body and out of my head, starting with doing just one thing, celebrating accomplishments, and knowing we have the power to make change for ourselves.
