Description
Noel Lim is Co-Founder and CEO and Co-Founder of Anika Legal. Incredibly, this is Noel’s first role out of university, and one that he has held for over 5 years.
How Noel has carved out this unique position is an incredible story of teamwork, passion and taking many, many small steps towards a much higher vision. And in this episode, he talks us through them all.
In this honest conversation we discuss:
His law school experience + the early stage the penny dropped he did not want to be a lawyer
How the effective altruism movement and how it has informed his career choices
The small steps that led to Anika Legal being transformed from a bright idea to a NFP with him as the CEO
Why investment in his personal development has been the best investment in his professional success
How he stays level headed and motivated in such a busy role
Meditation as a tool for self confidence and inner peace
His role as CEO and how this has evolved over time
Imposter syndrome, how he has overcome it to now own his role and place as CEO
Why tall poppy syndrome has no place in his world
His advice to others
I hope you enjoy listening to this honest conversation and it helps open your eyes to the limitless possibilities of where your legal career may take you.
