I am thrilled to introduce to you Robyn Barnard. Robyn has led the career most of us dreamt of in law school. Since graduating from Melbourne Law School over 10 years ago she has held a Teaching Fellowship at a law school in China, passed the New York Bar exam and held various refugee advocacy roles in the United States - including NYC and LA (so cool!). Today she is Senior Advocacy Counsel, Refugee Protection at Human Rights First in Washington DC.
Sitting down with Robyn for an honest conversation about her career is the natural starting point for this podcast. We have been best friends since high school and RTL offers a perspective on professional development and exists as a resource that I wish we had to help us on our unique career paths.
