Mollie Tregillis is a woman at the top of her game. She is the Director of Legal Optimisation at Minter Ellison is the unofficial face of Legal Operations in Australia. I am sure most of you would have seen her speak at an event or come across her on Linked In or even had the pleasure of working with her. 
However, you may not realise that it took Mollie a somewhat windy road to get to where she is today. From her seasonal clerkship experience (and the mistakes she made) to her initial years at Norton Rose, where she met her husband, to her windy path into legal operations to starting her passion project Hustle Bustle, we cover it all.
