When FJ Management had to change and restructure back in 2010, after seeking Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 2008, Crystal knew she had to find a way to tie different businesses together. She and the company’s executives decided that FJM's new mission would be building value to last. They added three elements for its vision to this powerful mission: mutual respect, integrity, and excellence.
