Growing this muscle will help everyone communicate and work together better.  Joining me today is Jill Katz, Founder and Chief Change Officer at Assemble HR Consulting, a boutique Human Resources firm committed to taking leadership to the next level. She is an influencer, speaker, and strategy coach passionate about turning the workplace into a people-focused environment. Jill has over 20 years of a successful career in several industries like retail, fashion, digital technology, media, among many others.
