After a short break, I am coming back rejuvenated and excited to be with you again. I wanted to take some time to let you in on what the new season is going to look like!  
In this season of Encountering You, we are going to dive a little deeper into some familiar topics like your family of origin and why it’s important, boundaries, our value as humans, reparenting and codependence to name a few. . We are going to talk about helpful tools and resources to help you along your own journey toward health. You are going to grow but we are also going to continue to have a little bit of fun along the way.
