Corporate L&D has always played a strategic role in shaping an organization’s workforce. From the 1900s when billion-dollar companies like Ford, AT&T, and Motorola pioneered the concept of workplace learning to the highly specific learning strategies and instructional design frameworks that we use today, L&D has come quite a long way.
