Description
Most of the episodes on The Methodology are interviews with other experts, healers, thought leaders, and kindred spirits, but this episode is more personal. I am sharing what I am feeling as we move into Taurus season. There is a lot of recalibration and changes happening, so I am sharing some reflections on what it means to live with joy and creativity. Devotion to the self and bringing joy into our own lives is really important. When we step into our creativity, into what energizes us, into what motivates us, this is a spiritual act. It is by following your joy that you live the life you are designed to live. You being in your joy is actually an act of service for the planet. I also share my recent personal experience where I was faced with challenges in my life, and I had the opportunity to choose to see those challenges as opportunities and how I was able to be joyful and creative through these recent challenges. In this episode 2:11 – Doing what you love and being in flow as a spiritual practice 6:05 – How to find joy and self-love again after undergoing periods of suffering 8:32 – My personal experience with encountering parts of myself that have previously been dormant 10:10 – The archetypes and how to identify which ones are unique to you 17:32 – The magic that happens when we start embracing joy and doing what we love 26:52 – Mindset tips and wisdom for anyone facing adversity at this moment Links Caroline Myss – Archetypes
