Biological age is a critical indicator of our overall health and wellness. It's a measure of how well our body functions compared to others of the same chronological age.
But are all biological age tests the same? Are some more accurate indicators than other?
In this episode, Alex Leaf and I discuss the lifestyle factors that contribute to biological aging, such as diet, exercise, and stress management, and how we can make changes to improve our health and wellbeing.

Formerly, Alex was a senior researcher at Examine.com and teaching assistant for the University of Western States' Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine masters program.
