Tom Douglas has been cooking Northwest cuisine since 1984, opening his first restaurant, Dahlia Lounge, in 1989. For the last 30 years, he’s made a name for himself opening 13 full-service restaurants, an event space, a cooking school, cater company, and product line all under the Tom Douglas. Tom is also known for being a wine collector, author, and radio show host .
