Kari dissects Paul’s example and breaks down the four components of an effective vision. Conversely, there are also violations of an effective vision within an organization. These can include negative mood, inaction or turnover. Kari and Paul discuss the two different types of conversations individuals and organizations can have in order to implement a vision that is compelling, inclusive and bold.
